I do appreciate that the nutrition info is available, but it felt like I was getting passed around a bit trying to find what I needed. Some details were easy enough to spot, while others took more digging than I expected. A few items still felt kind of unclear. It’s not a bad setup overall, I just wish everything was laid out in a cleaner, easier-to-read way.

So... the food was fine, no real complaints there, but parking was a bit annoying when I went. The lot was full and I had to circle around for a while before I finally found a spot. Definitely not the worst experience, just not as easy as I’d hoped. Giving 3 stars mostly because of the parking hassle.

The portions were really big for what I paid, and I definitely left feeling "full". Happy with the value overall.

I have to admit, I wasn’t expecting much after work, but they were still open when I needed something to eat. It ended up being easy and hassle-free, so I can’t really complain.

I like Burgerville once in a while, but the drive-thru has been kind of frustrating. Even when there aren’t many cars in line, it still seems to take forever, and it feels a little disorganized.
Last time I was just trying to grab something quick and ended up waiting way longer than expected. Anyway... the food was fine, but if it’s a drive-thru, it really should be a lot smoother than that.

The food is fine when they actually have it. I mean, I usually like what I get, but half the time the stuff I want is already sold out. It’s just kind of annoying after a while.

I’ve been using burgerville.com when I want to mess with my usual burger order, and for the most part it’s handy. I can take stuff off, add extra toppings, pick sauces, all that, without having to stand there trying to explain it at the counter. I can’t remember if I started using it last month or way earlier, but it’s become my go-to when I actually know what I want changed.

The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of the options feel kind of tucked away, and I sometimes have to go back and check my cart because I’m not totally sure what I selected or when it updated. But overall it works fine, and it definitely makes ordering less annoying

I usually use the Burgerville rewards app when I’m grabbing a quick lunch, and it’s been solid for me. The points show up faster than I expected, and I’ve already been able to get a few free items, which is always nice. The app does run a little slow here and there, but nothing that’s made me stop using it. Overall, if you eat there fairly often, it’s worth having — I always feel a little better knowing I’m getting something back for meals I’d probably buy anyway

I stopped by last week because I was really looking forward to trying the seasonal menu, but it wasn’t available again. This has happened to me a couple times now, so it’s disappointing when you plan for it and then can’t actually order it.

The nearest Burgerville is far out of my way, and once I got there, the parking situation felt awkward too. I don’t know, my gut says it’s just not worth the extra hassle for me.

I’d say if you’re planning to eat inside, try not to go right during the lunch rush. The food itself was fine, no real complaints there, but finding a seat was the annoying part. I ended up standing around with my tray for a bit because there weren’t many open tables, and a few people seemed to be hanging out even after they were done eating. It just made the place feel a little cramped. Not a terrible experience, but the seating situation definitely took away from it

I like Burgerville now and then, and the food is usually decent, but lately the menu feels a little limited to me. If I’m not in the mood for a burger and fries, I kind of get stuck. The staff seemed nice enough, just not really moving very quickly. The food was okay once I finally got it, but the wait kind of took away from the whole experience.

I’ve been to Burgerville a few times now and overall, it’s been a solid spot. The burger tasted fresh, and the bun was actually soft instead of getting all soggy like some fast food places do. Their shakes are probably my favorite thing there, really good flavor and not that fake, overly sweet taste. The fries were just okay though, and last time mine were kinda cold, which was a little disappointing. I’d say it’s about 4 stars for me. good taste and decent quality, just not perfect every single visit

The food showed up neatly packed, and the bags didn’t rip or spill, so that was appreciated. that should be the bare minimum, but at least everything arrived in one piece.

Had a really Nice dinner here with the kids. They felt totally welcome, and the staff was So patient with us the whole time.

I really like that they use ingredients from around here. The burgers always taste fresh, the fries are solid, and it feels good knowing they support local farms. It’s not a fancy spot, just dependable food done right. skipping this place if you’re nearby feels avoidable

I really wanted to believe they were as eco-friendly as they claim, but every time I go, I still see a lot of waste. Maybe other people have had a different experience, but it’s been disappointing for me.

I ordered through burgerville.com and the site was super easy to use. The menu loaded without any drama and checkout didn’t make me question my entire existence, which I appreciate. The delivery did take longer than the estimate though, and by the time it showed up, the fries were only kinda warm. Tragic. I may have stared at them like I’d been personally betrayed. The burger was still good, just a little messy, but nothing I couldn’t handle. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not amazing either. I’d probably order again, just not if I’m starving and one late delivery away from becoming a different person
